    This Addendum becomes a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
    Specifications, as noted below. This addendum consists of one (1) page. You must acknowledge
    the Addendum on the Bid Proposal sheet. Failure to acknowledge Addendum(s) on the bid
    sheet may subject the bidder to disqualification.
    GENERAL NOTES THAT APPLY TO ALL OF THE BID ITEMS
    1. On page 3 of the specification, additional clarification is indicated below in red.
    1. Contractor is responsible for the removal of all existing security cameras, which includes
    patch and repair and restoration of the areas in the building affected by the project to pre-
    project condition. All Cabling to be abandoned in place (cut back and cover).
    REQUIREMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OF SECURITY EQUIPMENT AT VARIOUS BUILDINGS
    1. On page 9 of the specification under “Bid Options”, additional clarification is indicated below in
    red.
    1. Install OpenEye only. OpenEye Servers to be configured for thirty (30) days of onboard
    storage.
    2. Pull ethernet drops to every camera. Install Plenum CAT6 cable only for all cameras.
    3. Install cameras at every drop. The District will supply the modular panels and the HD jacks
    for the project, however the bidder/installers will be responsible for the terminations and
    certification of the cable. Jumpers are to be supplied by the installers, and will be
    responsible for patching them into the existing switches that are at all sites.
    4. All conduit is to be ¾” with labels turned away from sight. Painting of conduit will not be
    necessary.
    5. Wiremold is not acceptable.
