Description

The Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) hardware at the port of entry (POE) of Halifax – Container Examination Facility located at 6015 Africville Road, Halifax, N.S.

Trade Agreements:

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and all international free trade agreements including the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

Site Visit:

A mandatory site visit will be available to Bidders on November 27th, 2024. Bidders must confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority before November 25th, 2024 at 4:00PM. The site visit will start at 1:00 PM AST.

Solicitation documents:

A Notice of Proposed Procurement and a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on CanadaBuys.

Debriefings:

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
