SIGN CODE UPDATE. The City of Golden Valley is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide technical assistance in updating the city’s sign code. With active collaboration from city staff, the selected consultant will conduct an update of Chapter 105 and relevant sections of Chapter 113 with an emphasis on user-friendliness, consistency, and compatibility with state statutes and relevant case law.
