IDIQ for Interior Facility Repairs, Grissom Air Reserve Base, IN

This solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for interior facility repairs at Grissom Air Reserve Base, Indiana. The scope of work primarily encompasses painting, flooring replacement, and general interior finishing and repairs across multiple installation facilities. The resulting contract will include a base period and five (4) exercisable option years.

To attend the scheduled site visit on August 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM ET, please contact the Contracting Officer directly at the email provided above no later than 36 hours prior to the event to ensure base access clearance.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
