The National Capital Commission is re-tendering construction services for Sussex Courtyard Rehabilitation.

This Statement of work requires the Proponent to complete the following scope of work:

The Work of the Contract, as described in the Specifications and indicated on the Drawings, is for rehabilitation of the existing parkade waterproofing system, snow melt system, and stormwater management system at Clarendon and York Courts and Laneway, and various site improvements,
