The Nation is seeking proposals from qualified parties to provide housekeeping services at the Mary L. (Holland) Carson Wellness Center.
A mandatory site visit is required. The site visit will be by guided by Jacob Barton, Jacob can be reached at 918-772-4081. Detail

Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, January 30, 2025. Any and all costs to submit proposals are the responsibility of the offeror. The proposals must be emailed to shelly-mcclain@cherokee.org. The email with the proposal must contain in the subject line: Response to RFP – Housekeeping Services. Any proposal received after the time and date will not be considered eligible for award.
Indian Preference applies to all Cherokee Nation requests for bids or proposals. To receive preference, bidder must be TERO certified through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office; proof of certification must accompany submittals. Successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
