Description of the Requirement:

Transport Canada (TC) is seeking professional services to help design and implement modern approaches in data management, data science, digital project management, and user-centered design.

Special comments:

•        The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract

•        The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award to four years later.

•        No incumbent in the last 24 months.
