Description
Sealed tenders for EN25LMN310 Forest Service Road Maintenance will be received by the District Manager, Ministry of Forests, 46360 Airport Road Chilliwack, BC, V2P 1A5, not later than 2:00 PM local time, November 22, 2024 at which time all tenders will be opened in private.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Questions will be accepted until noon, November 15, 2024. The Ministry will endeavor to answer questions in a timely manner, however, does not guarantee when or if answers will be posted. Questions asked early in the advertising period are more likely to have answers posted before the closing date/time.
Questions and Answers: To ensure consistency of answers, all contract related questions must be submitted to the following email address: Forests.ChilliwackDistrictOffice@gov.bc.ca . The submitted questions will be posted as an addendum to the Tender Documents on BC Bid.
Tender packages are available electronically from the BC Bid Website.
If the Ministry posts any changes to the Tender Documents, they will be made by issuing an addendum or amendment in the BC Bid solicitation. Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable Tender submission delivery method(s) and acceptable bid securities in the Conditions of Tender.
Unverified bid results will be posted to BC Bid after tender opening and once awarded the contract results will be available on BC Bid. Mike Peters
