Addendum 2 is issued to provide clarification in response to bidder questions and extend the bid closing date. All other terms and conditions of the referenced solicitation remain unchanged.

Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit:
A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday May 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM AK time via Microsoft
TEAMS. This conference is mandatory for all prime bidders.

Owner Supplied Steel Sheet Piling for the project is currently located in the ARRC Birchwood
Yard, approximate address 20750 Birchwood Spur Rd, Chugiak, Alaska. An Additive Alternate
for transport of the material to Seward is included in the Bid Items. A non-mandatory site visit
will be held on Thursday May 21, 2026, at 9:00 AM,to view this. Those wishing to attend shall
be required to dress appropriately for weather, and to provide hard hats, safety glasses, and work
boots. Interested parties must pre-register by May 20, 2026, 3:00pm with wallaces@akrr.com to
register.
A Project Site visit will be held on Thursday May 21, 2026, at 3:00 PM AK time approximate
address 1001 Port Ave, Seward Alaska, this visit is non-mandatory. The meeting location will
be in the Seward Passenger Terminal Building. Those wishing to attend shall be required to dress
appropriately for weather, and to provide hard hats, safety glasses, and work boots. Those
wishing to observe the area from the dock deck face shall be required to wear a personal flotation
device. Interested parties must pre-register by May 20, 2026, 3:00pm with wallaces@akrr.com
to register.
