The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks a qualified facility management consultant firm or consulting team to provide task-based professional services for ongoing and future initiatives. The selected contractor will be engaged on an as-needed basis to assist with organizational and operational assessments and improvements across all facilities management business areas, including but not limited to strategic and capital planning, technical documentation, asset management, finance and budgeting, and system optimization.
