NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids will be received for the Contract OFFICE FURNITURE 25-122-SHF on or before October 23, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. Solicitation documents, including specifications, may be obtained by email at brian.rovik@dupagecounty.gov or at www.DemandStar.com. All Bids must be received prior to the date and time shown above.

Electronic signatures are allowed and Bids do not have to be notarized. The County accepts no responsibility for transmission failures or content omissions. Bids transmitted in person, by mail or by facsimile (“Fax”) will not be accepted.

STATEMENT OF WORK
DuPage County (“County”) is seeking bids to provide Office Furniture for its Sheriff’s Office located at 501 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. Furniture shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination. All items shall be delivered no later than November 25, 2025. No installation is required.
