The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 x Subject Matter Expert For Canadian joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) JOFL Tech and Data Integration, and we are inviting you to provide quotes.

2. If you intend to bid:

a. Complete and sign the Cover Page, named JOFL SME Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to this email address;

b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A in the SME RFP V2;

c. Read the security requirements noted in the Security Requirements Checklist (Signed SRCL) attached.

d. Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment, found on page 47 in the SME RFP JOFL and

e. Section 4.2 table is for information only. No action required.

f. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name.

g. Fill out Appendix C to Annex A

h. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B

i. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement.

j. Fill out all attachments.

k. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 29 October 2025
