INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Highland Park Police Department will receive Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the Highland Park Police Department Training Room Audio/Visual EquipmentUpgrade until 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 13, 2025.   Proposals will not be opened publicly. Digital copies of the RFP will be received via email to kroberts@cityhpil.com . Late proposals will not be considered under any circumstances. No oral, telephone, or facsimile proposals will be considered. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost from the RFP Coordinator, Kevin Roberts at kroberts@cityhpil.com .

This RFP is for retaining services of a qualified firm(s) to provide and install upgraded audio/visual (AV) equipment for the City of Highland Park’s Police Department Training Room.

Questions are due Monday, August 4, 2025; answers will be posted to this page and emailed to questioners by end of day Friday, August 8, 2025.

It is the responsibility of the consultant to inspect the entire Request for Proposals and seek clarification of any item which may not be clear to them. Any questions about this project should be directed in writing to Commander Roberts via email at kroberts@cityhpil.com .
