Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Chittenden Keywords: Painting Contractor Bid Description: Separate sealed BIDS for the Historical Society and Meeting House Exterior Painting Project for the preparation, removal and replacement of any deteriorating siding, trim, or window frames and painting of the exteriors of both the Colchester Historical Society and Meeting House. Located at 828 and 830 Main St. Colchester, VT 05446. Bid & Contract Documents are available at the following link: https://colchestervt.gov/Bids.aspx Bids will be received by: Elizabeth Ruzzoli, Assistant Town Engineer, Town of Colchester, 781 Blakely Road, Colchester, VT 05446 until 2:00 pm on Thursday June 18th, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. For an optional pre-bid site visit for prospective bidders please contact Elizabeth Ruzzoli before end of day Thursday June 4th. Questions regarding the Bid are due by end of day on Thursday, June 11th, 2026. All bidders must notify Elizabeth Ruzzoli of their intent to bid so they can be placed on a Bidders List to receive any issued addenda or other pertinent information. Please notify the Town if email is not an acceptable method for receiving information and provide alternate means of contact.
