Glenwood Redevelopment Corporation (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
Resource Center Building Abatement
Area 1
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the HDR office located at 1917 S. 67th Street,
Omaha Nebraska, 68106-2973, until Wednesday, May 27
th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the
Bids received will be privately opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Removal and proper disposal of all materials, including asbestos containing material and other
hazardous building materials, contained in approximately 12 single story structures. This project is
the first of a series of abatement and demolition projects at the former Glennwood Resource Center
that will be forthcoming in 2026 to provide future opportunities for Bidders to submit bids.
