1915 Sardis Depot Community Center

Enclosed is a Request for Qualifications directed at a qualified architectural firm or architect interested in working with the City of Sardis to design & perform construction management on the circa 1915 Sardis Depot Community Center. Funding for the project, if awarded, will be provided by the Southeast Crescent Regional Commission (SCRC) State Economic and Infrastructure Development (SEID) grant program. Procedures for selection will be in accordance with the RFQ package & local procurement requirements, as well as the requirements of the Procurement Standards in Title 2 C,F.R. 200.317-200.327. Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, & Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, & applicable subparts. All questions pertaining to this RFQ should be directed to Anne S.
