The United States Property & Fiscal office for California (USPFO-CA) Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to
solicit a requirement requesting Occupational Medical Examination and Laboratory Services.
1. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible small business participants.
2. The NAICS is 621111
3. This acquisition is restricted. It is open to all eligible small businesses.
4. Interested small business participants should request a copy of the solicitation as expeditiously as possible since the
solicitation will be issued without further notice.
Background: The Occupational Medical Examination and Laboratory Services is a statutory federal requirement to monitor the health of federal employees exposed to toxic workplace hazards utilizing Occupational Medical Examinations and Laboratory Services. The exams will be given to an estimated 425 CAARNG federal employees annually identified by the CAOHO. The number of projected federal employees to be tested may change due to military related obligations. The contractor shall only charge per test and quantity of services rendered. Invoicing is by CLIN number based on the number of tests completed.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. It is a market research tool being used
to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirements identified above. The
Government is not obligated to, and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of
this notice of intent. All responses received within 15 days of the posting of this notice of intent will be considered
by the Government. Submit any inquiries within 15 days of the posting of this notice of intent via email to:
