489 MXS Furniture

This is a requirment for delivery and installation of office furniture in accordance with the attached SoW and specification documents. In addition delivery, and assembly services will be needed to be completed on site. The requirement contains the need that to to the maximum extent possible, furniture must match both in color and style.

QUOTE SUBMISSION INFORMATION: E-mail is the required method for offer submission. Your offer shall include but is not limited to the following:

1. Complete (must be signed) Page 2 of RFQ *or Contractor’s equivalent (must contain all information applicable with page 2 of this RFQ)

2. Fully Completed CLIN Schedule

3. Furniture Specifications and General Information/Pictures/Etc of the quoted items sufficient to determine acceptability based upon provided technical specifications.

***Amendment #1: This amendment is being posted to revise the salient characteristics in accordance with questions relating to standard office furniture configuration and to extend the solicitation close date to 07 Jul 25. Specifically, salient characteristics for CLINS 0010, 0011, and 0012 have been adjusted. Please see attached Updated Salient Characteristics for more detailed information.
