PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER (FREE) AT PLANT BIDS.
The scope of the work will consist of all services necessary to complete the work identified in Plans titled Hilby Avenue Traffic Calming and in the Specifications, including but not limited to furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to construction of asphalt speed cushions, slurry seal and striping and signage as shown or indicated in the Drawings and Specifications. Â The project is located on Hilby Avenue from Canyon Del Rey Boulevard to General Jim Moore Boulevard, Seaside, Monterey County.
