Pilot Knoll Park Gatehouse Project

Sealed bids in duplicate addressed to the City of Highland Village, Texas, (“City”) for the Pilot Knoll Park Gatehouse Project (the “Project), in accordance with the plans, specifications and contract documents prepared by Dunaway, LLC (“Architect”), will be received at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Highland Village, at 1000 Highland Village Road, Highland Village, Texas 75077, until 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 29, 2024. Bids received by the appointed time and date will be opened thereafter and read aloud. Any bids received after closing time will be returned unopened.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at the City of Highland Village Parks Office, located at 948B Highland Village Road. The Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory, however, anyone submitting a bid without attending the Pre-Bid Conference may fail to obtain information relating to the Project that may impact the requirements of this bid, resulting in the bid being non-responsive and rejected as non-conforming.  All questions regarding the Project related to the plans or the Pre-Bid Conference shall be submitted to Brad Moulton with Dunaway ( For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. ) within 72 hours prior to bid due date. No questions will be answered within 48 hours of bid opening.
