GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK
The City of Muskegon seeks to secure proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations to complete necessary conservation work on seven (7) historic bronze/granite monuments containing eleven (11) total bronzes located in Hackley Park (350 W. Webster Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49440), Hackley Square (349 W. Webster Avenue, Muskegon, MI 49440), and Kearny Park (1040 Peck Street, Muskegon, MI 49440).

The City of Muskegon plans to have the conservation of the monuments completed in the Spring of 2025 and concurrently work with the selected contractor to train City staff in the appropriate techniques needed to clean and wax the monuments in the future on a scheduled and routine basis.
