Description:	Visit Public Works website at https://dpw.lacounty.gov/contracts/opportunities.aspx , to access RFP documents. Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. The County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works (Public Works) is inviting proposals from qualified firms to provide geotechnical and building materials testing and inspection services for the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration Seismic Retrofit Project for Los Angeles County. The services include, but are not limited to, Geotechnical Engineer of Record, Inspector of Record services, Quality Assurance/Quality Control and Building-Related Inspections, Special Inspection and Materials Testing, and Certified Access Specialist Program. The objective of this solicitation is to select a firm that is the best qualified to provide the requested services. The term of the Agreement will be for the duration of the project until final acceptance by the County. A pre-proposal virtual conference to answer questions concerning the project will be held on Thursday, July 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., via Microsoft Teams.
