Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Corrections (UDC)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Eukanuba Premium Performance 30/20 Dry dog Food or Equivalent for the Utah Department of Corrections.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest responsive and responsible bid.
Length of Contract: Five years (5yrs).
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for: Two years (2yrs)
