The San Bernardino County Human Resources Department, hereafter referred to as the County, is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide Protected Medical Leaves Administration, Disability, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for its employees. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is being released to contract with a single firm to provide Protected Medical Leaves Administration, Disability, and EAP benefits as listed below: 1. Fully-insured, non-participating (Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD) and Protected Leave Administration) 2. Employee Assistance Program The proposal must include a quote for the STD, LTD and Protected Leave Administration coverage, with EAP coverage as an additional benefit. Proposals for EAP coverage only will not be accepted.
