The attachment Amendment 0002 corrects some information in Amendment 0001, changes the solicitation from a small business set-aside to unrestricted (i.e., open to all business sizes), and extends the due date for quotations.
The attached Amendment 0001 provides responses to questions received regarding solicitation 9594CS26Q0003, Outpatient Treatment Services, make changes to the solicitation, and extends the due date for quotations. The revised Attachment J-15 included with this amendment must be used to submit any price quote in response to solicitation 9594CS26Q0003 as it reflects the correct quantities.
This solicitation is for evidence-based outpatient or early intervention substance use treatment servics to CSOSA offenders based upon an assessed level of care or a court order for treatment. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business under NAICS 621420, Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Centers. The resultant award is anticipated to be for one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
The soicitation includes outpatient treatment services in accordance with American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria, Level 1.5, and early intervention services in accordance with ASAM criteria. Early intervention services are available under this acquisition only to offenders with a court mandate to participate in the Traffice and Alcohol Program (TAP).
In addition to the above, this acquisition requires the Contractor to provide various translation services, when authorized, and requires the Contractor to maintain offender electronic treatment files to be be transferred to CSOSA upon completion of treatment services via CRISP (Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients).
Submissions in response to this announcement must include all required information identified in solicitation section L.4.3 and L.4.4. Due dates for questions and submissions are identified in the solicitation section L.5 and L.6.
