RFP- 2027 Henry Corridor Signal Improvements at Sherman Blvd, Hackley Ave, and Laketon Ave Survey, Design & Construction Services

The City of Muskegon is seeking proposals from interested consulting firms to provide complete project development and administration services related to the improvement of the traffic signals at the intersections of Henry Street with Sherman Blvd, Hackley Ave, and Laketon Ave. The project is funded in part by FY27 Congestion Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) federal funds administered by MDOT’s Local Agency Programs (LAP) Unit. The project is shown in the Draft FY2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) document developed by the West Michigan Shoreline Regional Development Commission (WMSRDC). The budget includes $250,000 in federal funds with the remainder of the $500,000 budget coming from City of Muskegon funds on hand.
