MUNS Security Cameras

AMENDMENT 2 (Published 23 September 2026)

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions to the solicitation:

1. Questions and Answers: Posting of questions received from all vendors and the site visit.

2. Statement of Work: Posting of an updated statement of work.

3. RFQ: Updated RFQ description, changing unit measurements from 1 EA to 1 Lot for cameras and 1 EA to 1 Job for Installation.

4. Period of Performance: Extending the period of performance from 60 days to 180 days.

5. Solicitation Close Date: Extend the solicitation closing date from September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST to September 28 at 10:00 AM CST.

6. Remaining Terms and Conditions: All other terms, conditions, requirements, and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

AMENDMENT 1 (Published 16 September 2026)

The purpose of this amendment is to make the following revisions to the solicitation:

   Solicitation Closing Date: Extend the solicitation closing date from September 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST to September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST.

   Questions Due Date: Extend the deadline for submission of questions from September 14, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST to September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM CST.

   Site Visit: Add a site visit to the solicitation. The site visit will be held on September 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM CST at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB).

   Remaining Terms and Conditions: All other terms, conditions, requirements, and provisions of the solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

   
   

The purpose of this requirement is to procure, install, and integrate a comprehensive, high-definition security camera system for Munitions Squadron (MUNS) at Dyess Air Force Base (AFB). The system will provide continuous, real-time visual surveillance, automated threat detection, and archival capabilities to secure critical assets, munitions storage areas (MSAs), and associated infrastructure against unauthorized access, theft, espionage, and sabotage.
