Real Property Acquisition Services, RFQ 639820

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to establish separate contracts for the following services:

Real Property Acquisition Services necessary for the acquisition of rights of way and easements for roadways and facilities in the County’s Capital Improvement Program. These services will be performed on an “as needed” basis. The successful firm(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, and materials required to perform the acquisition work. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards. The number of contracts will depend on the number and quality of proposals received with a maximum of Six (6) contracts.

The County will issue purchase orders for each task prior to the start of work. Consultants will normally be selected on a rotating basis; however, the County, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select Consultants out of rotation when deemed to be in the best interest of the County.
