Request for Proposals – Fuel Farm Improvements

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the CWVRAA will receive proposals for Fuel Farm Improvements until June 23, 2026 at 2:00pm. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter at West Virginia International Yeager Airport 100 Airport Road, Charleston, WV 25311.

Proposal shall be presented in a sealed envelope. All required information per the contract documents must be included in the envelope.

A Prebid meeting will be held at Capital Jet Center – 300 Eagle Mountain Road, Charleston, WV 25311 on June 2, 2026 at 2:00pm. A site tour of the project area will be available following the meeting. Meeting invitations, electronic contract documents, proposal forms and drawings shall be obtained from the ENGINEER through Amanda Pizza, PE, at APizza@adci-corp.com .

Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions Divisions of the Project Manual. The CWVRAA expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of his/her Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Instructions to Bidders of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents.

All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in General Provisions of the Project Manual.

The DBE goal for this project will be 0.0%
