The City, through its Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility (RPWRF) is initiating this Request for Qualifications (hereinafter “RFQu”) to solicit Proposals from Firms to provide the design and specifications for the construction and installation of a mixing and heating system into the existing digester to allow for its use as a primary digestion facility.
