The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals from qualified Offerors to enter into a contract for architectural/engineering services for a proposed renovation to the Town of Bedfordâs Municipal Building. The existing heating, cooling, and electrical system was designed in 1966 and is now experiencing major system failures. The Town is seeking professional services to assist with the design and implementation of renovations to the building systems. Qualified Offerors may include a single firm of registered/qualified design professionals capable of providing the requisite services listed below or a project team consisting of multiple firms capable of the same. Town of Bedford projects will be executed in accordance with local, county and state standards and requirements governing the design and development of public facilities.
