Work includes the demolition of existing rooftop units and associated ductwork; installation of new, high-efficiency rooftop units and energy recovery ventilators; installation of new ductwork, registers, and grilles; and the installation of a new, complete, and usable BACnet-compliant Direct Digital Control (DDC) system with chiller capability. The new DDC system must be fully integrated into the existing JBLM enterprise-level Tridium Niagara N4 Supervisor. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this project is 236220, with a small business size standard of $45 million. Competition for this forthcoming RFP will be limited to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Concerns Only with a primary NAICS of 236220. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will be deemed ineligible for award.

One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.

In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101(d), the solicitation will be posted no earlier than 15 days after the posting of this notice.
