Description

Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for acquisition of computers for Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy Tokyo, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered.



The Government may award the Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant Purchase Order will be firm fixed price.



Prospective quoters shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Therefore, prospective quoters are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
