Sealed bids will be received by the Public Service Commission of Yazoo City, until 10:00 AM
local time, October 9th, 2026, at the Public Service Commission of Yazoo City Board room
located at 210 South Mound Street, Yazoo City, MS 39194 in the Administrative Office of the
Public Service Commission of Yazoo City at which time and place all proposals will be opened
and read aloud. Electronic bids may be submitted in lieu of paper bids at www.wcmplanroom.com.

bids, and to waive informalities therein and to determine which is the best bid. Certified check or
bid bond for five percent (5%) of total bid, made payable to the Public Service Commission of
Yazoo City must accompany each proposal.
A performance bond and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the
contract will be required.
