Contract summary


Requires: removal of structures and obstructions, removal and disposal of asbestos material, erosion and sediment control (ESC) lead, erosion control and water pollution prevention, bark or wood chip mulch, high visibility fence, high visibility silt fence, force account water line insulation and protection, FA-site cleanup of bio and physical hazards and other work. 20 working days. Involves 13 items. Work class 13 - demolition.

An optional pre-bid conference will be held for this project for the purpose of familiarizing the bidders with the existing conditions of the inside of each structure to be removed on the project. The pre-bid conference will begin at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at the property of 1800 Sunset Highway. This will be the only opportunity bidders will have to view the inside of the structures prior to the bid opening.
