Scope of Services	Hillsborough College (“the College” or “HC”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Plan Review and Building Code Inspection Services for renovation, remodeling and new construction projects and other related work as needed towards this project at the College’s sites which includes two (2) to four (4) buildings in Dale Mabry campus located in Hillsborough County, Florida. . Interested firms must provide documented experience in delivering the requested services under continuous service agreements and/or repeat customers and hold Building Official, Mechanical Inspector, Plumbing Inspector, Electrical Inspector, Fire Code Inspector and Plans Reviewer licenses. Please note that projects will vary in complexity and construction budgets are anticipated to range from $50,000 to more than $10,000,000. The firm selected must be capable of providing a full range of services for plan review of construction documents in accordance with the Florida Building Code, Florida Fire Prevention Code and all referenced codes as well as capability to provide all required building code and fire prevention code compliance inspections. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is contingent upon the approval and receipt of grant funding. The issuance of this Request for Proposals (RFP) does not obligate Hillsborough College to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred by proposers in preparation of their submissions. Any contract resulting from this RFP is expressly contingent upon the availability of grant funds. If funding is not approved or is otherwise unavailable, Hillsborough College reserves the right to cancel, modify, or postpone the project and/or the procurement process without penalty.
