Saskatoon Land is seeking quotations to retain a qualified Transportation Engineer to review the draft design of the University Heights Neighbourhood 3 (UH3) and provide feedback on potential improvements in a series of meetings after which that Transportation Engineer will produce a Transportation System Impact Study (TIS) of the updated design and provide Saskatoon Land with a TIS report and figures that has been approved by City of Saskatoon Administration including the City of Saskatoon Transportation Department and the Planning & Development Department. The TIS will include an analysis of internal Collector Roads (and potential roundabout locations) and Arterial Roads entering and exiting the neighbourhood.
