The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted by perspective offerors:

Question 1: Please confirm total number of GC site personnel that will be required to fulfill the roles of GC Superintendent, SSHO, and QC officer.
Answer - At least 2. SSHO is stand-alone position.

Question 2: Please confirm location of Contractors Job Trailer, Dumpster, and Lay down area on a campus map.
Answer - Please refer to Sheet AE100 for Dumpster / Laydown Area. Job trailer is not required. If contractor requires it, will work with them to site. Dumpster/laydown area as shown.

Question 3: Please confirm how long the overall time obtaining a badge should take as described in spec section 01 00 00 from the time the initial paperwork is submitted until the time the badge is in the employee s hands.
Answer - This will depend on how busy the VA Staff is. Access to the area is only available when warehouse staff are present. ID badge not required. Daily check-in with ECC office in building 100 is required.

Question 4: Will the Furniture / Racks / Supplies / Materials be removed by the Government ahead of construction starting?
Answer - Yes
