Vendor Service Contract for Furnishing and Installation of Replacement Liquid Oxygen Vaporizers

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of October 28, 2025 at 4:30 PM CT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) hour before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.

Important Notes:

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this bid. The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with the bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirements section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meetings will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 9:30 AM, beginning at 3929 S. 6th Street and continuing at 3000 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive. All interested bidders must attend these meetings in order to bid.

Each item of Requested Information is instantly sealed and will only be visible after the Closing Time.
