Description

The objective of this work is to execute the construction activities associated with the rehabilitation and renewal (RE&RE) of the existing male and female washrooms in the DFO Sidney Hangar building, in accordance with the provided construction drawings and specifications.

Work under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services and equipment necessary for the selective demolition and construction of: Existing WC Men and WC Women washrooms, the janitors closet and rough-in plumbing for the new Accessible washroom in the DFO Sidney Hangar Building.

IOS is comprised of nine (9) distinct building groups: the Administration Complex, Marine Communications and Traffic Services (MCTS), Workshops and Hangar, Wharf and Dockyards, Storage and Winch Shop, Guardhouses, Chemical Storage, Well Water Pumphouse, & Seismic Vault. The washrooms are situated in the Hangar Building.
