have read and understand the Allen County Ditch Bank Spraying Specifications
Scope of Work:
Chemically spray the Bohnke Drain in Monroe TWP / Sec 6 beginning @ STA 69+00 following the drain south to STA
190+00. See map for location
Treat all woody brush and broad leaf weeds in the drain from top of bank to top of bank plus the access easement on the
working side. Be sure to include any de-brushing that may need to be done or having to resolve any access issues in your
bid. All manner of work needed to complete the job should be included in your bid price.

NOTE: Contractor must follow IC 36-9-27, applicable state/local laws, and Allen County Surveryor's Office
Technical Specifications. Contractor shall utilize the regulated drain easement. Any access and damage
outside the easement is the responsibility of the Contractor. All drain work is subject to Allen County
Surveyor's Office approval. 48 hours notification for inspection is required before work can begin.
