This bid includes the following Work:

Remodel and reconfigure two (2) existing restrooms for ADA compliance, as well as additional miscellaneous site and building improvements necessary to bring the facilities into ADA compliance at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center (ARC) Campus, including the provision of all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held at 10:00AM CT on October 1, 2026, at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center Building #1 located at 103 Roeland Park Drive, New Century, Kansas 66031. Please gather in the parking lot to the north of the building.  Representation is required by General/Prime Contractors to be eligible to submit a bid.

Technical questions and requests for clarification shall be submitted via IonWave no later than 5:00PM CT on October 8, 2026, to allow adequate time to issue an addendum, if needed.
