Description
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is a Request by BC Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”), to prospective Bidders to submit Bids for the provision of providing Prime Consultant Architectural Services Supportive Housing in Cranbrook, BC, as further described in this RFP.
For the purposes of this procurement process, the Bidders “Contact” at BC Housing will be: Leonardo Novais, Supply Chain Management lnovais@bchousing.orgAll queries and information requests are to be made in writing only to the contact at the above email address. No responses to any other form of request will be responded to.
Proposals in response to this RFP must be submitted electronically and received by BC Bid pursuant to BC Bid’s online bid submission system (the “Submission Location”).
Proposals delivered electronically should have the Proponent’s name clearly identifiable and should include the RFP’s title (as set out on the cover page) in the subject line.

Deadline for Questions: Aug 28, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m. PT. Questions submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
Deadline for Issuing Addenda: September 04, 2025Submission Deadline: September 18, 2025 @ 2:00 P.M. PT
