The RFP is scheduled to close on November 7, 2025, at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. The State of Wisconsin is currently utilizing the NASPO ValuePoint Data Communications master agreement no. AR3227 with Cisco Systems, Inc., issued by the State of Utah. Wisconsin’s participating addendum no. 505ENT-M21-DATACOMMUN-01 is coterminous with Utah’s master agreement, which is set to expire on September 30, 2026. Information about Utah’s master agreements are provided on NASPO’s website, and information about Wisconsin’s participating addendum with Cisco Systems, Inc. is provided on VendorNet. The upcoming Data Communications Request for Proposal (RFP) SPB-RFP-2025-0563LS, led by the State of Montana, will replace the aforementioned master agreements upon expiration.
