Walnut, Warren, Prindiville and Burdette Sewer and Water Improvements

The City of Framingham will be accepting bids for IFB #PW 1195 Walnut, Warren

Prindiville and Burdette Sewer and Water Improvements. The bid includes

sewer force main, gravity sewer, storm drain, and water main improvements in the area

near the streets listed in the project.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  portal on Wednesday December 24, 2025 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet and are due on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM

“A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the DPW Training Room 100 Western Avenue Framingham, MA”.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
