Trimming and edging shall be as needed but shall be a minimum of biweekly (every two weeks). Mowing season is anticipated March 15 through October 31. KHP reserves the right to request an earlier start date if early spring conditions exist. KHP reserves the right to skip a week if dry conditions exist (typically in August/September). Clean Lake Maintenance Program Inspection of four (4) ponds is to occur biweekly (every other week) with treatment as necessary to maintain acceptable control of submersed nuisance vegetation during the contract period. All materials used in this program will be registered or exempt from registration with the U.S. E.P.A. and State Regulatory Agencies and all applications will be certified. Some restrictions on use of water may be necessary with weed treatments. Nuisance vegetation for terms of this contract includes all submersed aquatic plants and filamentous algae which is visible from the surface or are interfering with the agency use of the lake. Emergent vegetation will be controlled only if requested by the agency. Price is to be per treatment.
