5P468-25-0085/A         Stage 2, Metal Roof Replacement – Cape Breton Highlands National Park

REQUIREMENT

This project is the supply and installation of a new standing seam, 1/5” snap lock metal roof in Melchers green colour. Work includes the removal of the existing asphalt roof system and installation of the new roof, 5” seamless gutters and down spouts, ice guards along the parking lot edge of the roof, and all hardware, fasteners, and required parts to complete the installation. The building is located in the Parks Canada Cheticamp compound.

TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS

This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
