Hotel Development and Optional Vertiport at Tallahassee International Airport

Project Description: The City of Tallahassee, Florida (“City”), on behalf of the Tallahassee International Airport (“TLH” or “Airport”), invites qualified hotel development teams, including real estate developers, hotel owners/operators, vertiport developers, and other industry professionals (“Respondents”) to submit sealed, competitive Proposals for the financing, design, construction, management, operation, and maintenance of at least one (1) full-service hotel with meeting and conference space, along with other compatible commercial operations and amenities that support hotel activity, as outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
Joint Venture (JV) partnerships are strongly encouraged to enhance project delivery and cross-disciplinary collaboration, particularly within the context of complex, multimodal transportation developments such as the hotel development with optional Vertiport integration. By leveraging the unique strengths, resources, and expertise of multiple entities, such as engineering firms, architectural firms, vertiport developers, aviation technology companies, hospitality operators, and/or financial partners, a JV can accelerate timelines and improve design quality.
Copy of valid State of Florida professional engineering licenses for all registered engineers and shall furnish all licenses, permits and authorizations required for the construction and operation of the Proposed Development.
