Overview

Summary

RTD seeks the assistance of a qualified vendor to provide audio and visual services in support of the agency’s all-hands meetings, hosted in person at different operating divisions and occurring three times per year. The vendor will work closely with RTD staff to broadcast the event in real time via the Zoom platform, and will provide staff with a recording of the forum afterwards for reference and review by RTD staff on the agency’s intranet, (The Hub).

RTD will award one single purchase order from this RFQ.
