Qualifications:

The Contractor shall possess a Class A or B license at the time of contract award. The Contractor and sub-Contractor shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (Public Works Contractor (PWC) Registration).

Special Requirements:

PRE-BID MEETING: A mandatory on-site meeting for contractors is scheduled for Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. at the site located at Devlin Road, American Canyon, CA 94503. Meeting point is 900 feet south of South Kelly Road – see attached map. Contractors with verified attendance at a minimum of one mandatory on-site meeting during the previous bidding cycle are not required to attend an additional site meeting to be eligible to bid.
